Law listicle

The following listicle is intended to anyone who has the slightest interest in law. High school, college and university students are all invited to read this listicle. Its purpose is to inform and enlighten the readers on the main aspects of the concerned field by answering the major questions regarding the need of law. This field of study includes different branches in which there's a system of rules that govern a certain society. As the writer of this listicle, I allow myself to provide such information owing to the fact that I had the chance to attend a great number of trials as part of an internship. On top of that, becoming a lawyer has always been part of my interests which motivated me to do the necessary research concerning every aspect of the law field.

The following article shows us that law is more than distinguishing right from wrong. It's a system of rules set and enforced by the highest authorities. Its main purpose is to control the society in order to assert human values and principles without forgetting its recognition for individual rights and freedoms such as liberty, equality, fairness and justice.

Court room

This article is part of the Canada's Government website. A captivating article that shows us the significance about law in society. Constantly in contact with human activities, the law field's purpose is to ensure a proper environment promoting the values of a society. From another angle, whether it's through politics, economics, human rights and even environmental issues, the practice of law is, whether we want it or not, a big part of our lives. This article shows us that law is a must in our community for the mankind to evolve. Said otherwise, laws are put in place to restrict actions that can lead to harming someone or something. Suppose that there were no limits to our actions. The strongest people would take control, leading the society in danger. Insecurities would surface in the weakest and constant fear will haunt our minds.

The jury

Written by Michael Page, this article features the 16 top law practice area. The following text will be focused on the practices that I personally find the most striking. To start, Complex Litigation comes in first place. This practice encompasses any law case that has numerous parties. In second position, the writer identified Corporate Law which promotes paperwork by handling contracts and compliance. In third position, Tax Law is obviously one of the most important fields since it's an aspect that affects a big part of the population. In 8th and 9th positions, Criminal Law and Civil Rights take place. Both practices deal with human basic rights. Over all, law has a wide range of fields that hasn't been brought up such as Intellectual Property, Blockchain, Healthcare, Environmental, Animal Rights, Immigration, Sports and Entertainment, Labor, Family Law, Elder Law, Educational Law and many more.

Conclusion

To sum up, contrary to what many think, law isn't a scourge in our society. It's a blessing in view of the fact that we clearly benefit from it. Indeed, justice isn't brought up to the table in every case but I strongly believe that law authorities do their best to establish fairness. All things considered, do you think that one day, our society won't require a system of rules anymore to regulate the human behavior?
