Agreement rules to remember


RULE: Remember that everyone, everybody, anyone, anybody, someone, somebody, no one, and nobody are all singular like he, she, and it. with the "existential there," the verb must agree with the noun that follows.
There are good reasons to move out.
There is too much noise.


RULE: In the present simple tense, add verb + s to the end of (lexical) verbs when you use the pronouns he/she/it everybody/anybody/somebody.
